Brigantine Ventures was founded by Clyde Sanadi. A developer of accounting software early in his career, Clyde was a software marketing manager at Wang Labs for eight years, on the faculty at USF's Small Business Development Center for five years, a sell-side technology M&A broker for three years and a software product marketing manager at Treev/Ceyoniq for three years.

Originally from Boston, Clyde has been in Tampa since 1989. He has an MBA from Boston University, a BA in Psychology from Kalamazoo College in Michigan, has completed advanced tax training from H&R Block and earned a Certified Business Analyst certificate as a Small Business Counselor at USF.
